I know some of you who read this blog are accomplished musicians. Others of you are accomplished listeners. Here is the dilema...
I have been asked to sing a duet in church with one of my former seminary students. I am drawing a blank as to what to sing. The last few musical numbers in church have been the following:
I Need The Every Hour (twice)
Come Thou Fount
The Olive Tree
Teach Me To Walk in the Light
So, if possible, I would like to avoid doing those numbers again. Is there anything that you have heard lately that has struck a chord with you? It would be for a male and female voice. Thanks!

Hmmmm, if I think of anything I'll definitely let you know!
Mel, I have a whole book of duets "Favorite Hymns of the Prophets" (book 1 and 2 actually) and I like them better with 2 female voices than with a male (sorry Samuel.) You can look them through if you want, I think they were arranged by Marvin Goldstein.
